Layover via DXB sa Emirates is the budget alternative — PHP 32,000-44,000 total but with ~6-hour DXB layover. Cebu Pacific 5J sometimes operates MNL-DMM directly when not suspended. Confirm route status sa carrier 7-14 days before deployment.

KSA work visa vs Saudi tourist e-visa: a quick sidebar (full guide deferred)
