What we have done
- Pages use headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- The flight search works with a keyboard: airport suggestions can be chosen with the arrow keys and Enter, every field has a label, and errors are written next to the field and announced.
- Text and controls were checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios, and focus is always visible.
- Buttons and links in forms are at least 44 pixels high, and form text is at least 16 pixels so phones don’t zoom unexpectedly.
- Animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- In October 2026 we tested the main page types with an automated checker (axe) on mobile and desktop and fixed the serious issues it found.
Known limitations
- Some older guides contain wide tables and images whose descriptions could be better.
- Many pages are in English only; Tagalog translations are partial.
- Partner sites (Aviasales, AirHelp) are outside our control.
- We have not had an independent accessibility audit.
